I’ve always been drawn to the moment where business meets culture. From helping turn SoulCycle into a brand that defined boutique fitness, to scaling Rent the Runway into a billion-dollar company, to shaping portfolios at Harry’s and reimagining Aspen as more than a mountain, my career has been built on one principle: brand is the engine that drives culture, connection, and growth. I believe you only build brands through people.
I immerse myself in the worlds I work in. From riding alongside SoulCycle’s first members, to walking Aspen’s mountains with lift operators and ski patrol, or partnering with designers and creatives to reframe how consumers engage. Today that translates into helping executives define mission, vision, and values and bringing them to life through a full internal communications calendar and clear external storytelling. When a company knows what it stands for, its people become its most powerful brand ambassadors.
Now I partner with founders, leadership teams, and boards navigating growth, transformation, or reinvention. Some come for brand positioning, others for executive communications, partnership strategy, or culture building, but the throughline is the same: make brand the most valuable asset and use it to unlock relevance and revenue. I bring years of experience sitting at and influencing executive tables, and I serve as a board-level advisor, including work with Mack Weldon and Social Studies.
